The ITS Help Desk is the front line for receiving all service requests of authorized users. The ITS Help Desk operates 8 x 5, Sun to Thu, (8 am till 5 pm).

Our front office executives register user requests into our IT service management system and either resolve the ticket or escalate it to the next level of support.
